A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with sod vehicle of C. C.

1. On June 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving) driving a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of 0.156% at around 0:25, while under the influence of alcohol during blood, the Defendant driven the said a half-way d motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of 0.156%, while driving the modified d of the Gyeonggi-Nam-si in Seoul from the right side of the minute to the right side of the vehicle, and changing the course to the two-lane.

At the time, the accident was done at night and at least at a four-lane, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by reducing the speed to the person engaged in driving a motor vehicle and by safely examining the front, rear, and left and right of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went through two-lanes due to the negligence of changing the lane as it was, and the part of the lower part of the FMM car driven by the victim E (46 tax) was shocked with the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as cutting the body of the second trend, which requires treatment for about six months.

2. On June 30, 2017, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of about 10k from the section of about 10k to the place referred to in paragraph (1) at around 00:25, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.156%.
