The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Expenses for appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff, including the part arising from the supplementary participation.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 25, 2018, the Defendant driven D QM5 (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”) around 18:00, and entered the runway in which the direction of the Dowing Station located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government was five-laned from the runway in which the direction of the Dowing Station was abutted. On the lower part of the Defendant vehicle’s gate back to the lower part of the lower part of the Defendant vehicle, which was trying to enter the same direction near the right side of the Defendant vehicle, caused an accident (hereinafter “instant accident”).

B. Alleyd the Plaintiff’s vehicle and the Defendant’s vehicle, immediately before the instant accident (hereinafter “the instant alleyd road”), a line that can distinguish the lanes from the median line or the middle, was not opened, and the width of the road was to the extent that the approach vehicle and the approach vehicle can cross the road.

C. At the time of the instant accident, the Plaintiff’s vehicle was parked along the runway to enter the runway from the runway of this case to the right-hand side, and the Plaintiff’s vehicle was also parked along the runway of this case with the intent to enter the right-hand side of the Defendant’s vehicle as well as with the intent to enter the runway from the runway of this case to the right-hand side of the right-hand side of the Defendant vehicle. The Plaintiff’s vehicle was located at the time of the instant accident, and the Plaintiff’s vehicle was entered into the front side of the Defendant vehicle, such as each film of the type of the accident that the Plaintiff submitted.

The repair cost of the Plaintiff’s vehicle due to the instant accident and the rental cost incurred by the Plaintiff in using a siren for other vehicles during the repair period are KRW 1,932,429 in total.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant vehicle first runs from the alleyway.
