1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. On December 22, 1970, Suwon District Court as to the land Nos. 1 and 2 in the annexed list Nos. 1 and 2.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The forest survey report prepared under the former shipbuilding and Forest Survey Order is indicated as “D” and as “E” respectively as the owners of the 6th 8th 8th Yacheon-gun B Forest land (hereinafter “instant land”) and the 8th 8th 7th Yacheon-gun C Forest land (hereinafter “instant land”). However, the statement of incorporation into a reserved forest attached to the protocol of incorporation into a reserved forest, the investigation of which was completed on January 15, 1941, is indicated as the owner of the instant land as “E residing in Jacheon-gun-gun, Jacheon-gun” as the owner of the instant land.
B. The instant land was partitioned on April 18, 1979, and was 5,712 square meters of forest B in Echeon-gun, Gyeonggi-do (the same day registration conversion was made to G road 5,970 square meters, G road 5,970 square meters) and 3,4,5 land in the attached list. The instant land was 5,970 square meters of G road in Echeon-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, and substituted with land Nos. 1 and 2 in the attached list as land improvement project.
C. The registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the defendant in the receipt of Lee Won District Court is completed on each land listed in the separate sheet as follows:
① The registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the Defendant, No. 10811, which was received on December 22, 1970, as indicated in the Attached List Nos. 1 and 2: (2) The registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the Defendant, No. 3, 5, and 6: each of the lands listed in the Attached List No. 10149, Apr. 25, 1995; (3) the land listed in the Attached List No. 4: The registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the Defendant, the receipt of which was completed on January 21, 197
D. “I (no person with the same name in Jincheon-gun at the time)” at the permanent domicile of “J” was born on April 13, 1949 and became his/her heir, J died on October 21, 1974 and became his/her heir, M was his/her heir, who died on February 10, 197 and died on February 10, 197, and L was his/her heir, and L was deceased on January 3, 1997 and succeeded to L’s inheritance shares according to the inheritance shares.
In the end, the plaintiff is the deceased I's.
