A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence for 4 months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Chuncheon District Court on September 4, 2012, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on September 12, 2012, and is currently under suspended sentence.

On April 2, 2013, at around 19:15, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from the front side of the Chuncheon Acheon-gu apartment in the Dong-dong Scholarship to the front side of the gold-gu in the same Simn-dong, which was operated by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2.1km to the front side of the gold-gu in the same Simn-dong.

In these circumstances, the defendant's character and character, the environment, and various circumstances revealed in the proceedings of this case shall be taken into consideration, and the sentence as ordered shall be determined.
