A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around December 13, 2012, the Defendant directly prepared a false complaint against C and D using the forms of a criminal charge of the Cheongnam Police Station in the Cheongju-gu Office in the Cheongju-si Office in the 2666 Sinju-si.

On September 20, 2012, at the office of the Cheongju-si E Apartment Co., Ltd. around 17:10, the complaint states, “The defendant, at the office of the Cheongju-si, sustained injury when he/she was to be injured due to drinking. The defendant, the defendant, at around 13:40 on September 20, 2012, he/she was not able to cut water at the defendant’s house within the above E apartment management office, after leaving the body of the complainant who was able to cut water from his/her arms, and went out to the outside, after leaving the house, he/she was pushed down with the apartment stairs.” The contents and facts are as follows: “The defendant was injured when he/she was drinking with C and D, and the defendant was not injured by C and D.

Nevertheless, on December 13, 2012, the defendant submitted the above complaint directly to the criminal case of the Cheongju-nam Police Station located in the Cheongju-si, 266, Young-gu, Cheongju-si.

In this respect, the defendant made a false accusation against C and D for the purpose of having C and D punished criminal punishment.

2. 업무방해 피고인은 2013. 1. 2. 17:15경 청주시 상당구 E아파트 1단지 관리사무소 사무실 안에서, 관리사무소장인 피해자 D이 피고인을 고소하여 법원에서 피고인에게 공소장 부분을 송달하였다는 이유로 화가 나 술을 마시고 찾아와 피해자를 향해 “미친새끼, 빵잽이, 범죄자”라고 큰소리로 욕설을 하고 담배를 피우며 소란을 피워 위력으로 30여분 동안 피해자의 관리사무소 업무를 방해하였다.

3.
