A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is engaged in driving business, operated a set with C number plate attached to C (vehicle number D) with a person engaged in driving business, and failed to use it any longer due to the damage of the above number plate, with the intention to remove the number plate of another set and attach it to the set on the set.

1. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) around July 2013, the Defendant removed the registration number plate B (No. 2) that the Defendant had separately managed on the road of the Maak-dong Maak-si Maak-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully.

2. Around October 14, 2014, the Defendant operated a bitr with B registration number plate (No. 2) attached, as described in paragraph (1), from the Do located in Songjin-si, Sinjin-si to the Central Highway of Songcheon-si, Sinjin-si.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.
