On April 10, 2015, the Defendant, without a driver’s license around 08:10 on April 10, 2015, driven B-type car from the front street of the 539-20 Mansan-dong, Sinsan-si, a member of the Gyeonggi-si, to the front street of the 3km-dong of the same city.
