1. The punishment of the accused shall be four months of imprisonment;

2. Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:46 on August 16, 2016, the Defendant driving C Poter Cargo Vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license within approximately 8 kilometers from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, to the front road of the same 401 Sinwon-si, Sinwon-gun, Gyeongwon-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, to the front road of the same Gun.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of C Poter freight.

No motor vehicle owner shall operate any motor vehicle on which no mandatory insurance is subscribed on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the foregoing cargo vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
