Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on August 23, 2006, and on September 6, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court's Incheon District Court.

On June 2, 2013, around 01:27, the Defendant driven a B string car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.098% in the 30-meter section from the roads near the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the roads in front of 503-5.
