Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall transfer or take over a cash card or a passbook attached with his/her belt (a password necessary for the use of a cash card and a user number registered with a financial institution or an electronic financial institution), etc., or establish a pledge, lease or take over such means of access in return for compensation, arrange the lending or taking such means of access, etc.
1. Defendant A
A. On May 20, 2013, the Defendant transferred to F a non-faculous passbook (Account Number: E) in the name of the Defendant opened around March of the same year and a copy of cash card in the name of the Defendant, which was located around March of the same year.
B. On the 23th day of the same month, the Defendant transferred a passbook (Account Number: G) in the name of the Defendant and a cash card to F, in front of the National Bank in the middle-gu behavior of Daejeon.
C. The defendant's explanation
6. Around 14.14. Around the Seo-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, two passbooks (Account Number: I, J) in the name of SimH, one passbook in the agricultural cooperative (K), three cash cards, etc. were transferred to L with KRW 1 million.
