A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over a motor vehicle registered for violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired a B franchise from others on May 2015.

On June 29, 2016, the Defendant, as a holder of a passenger car, operated the said vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance from June 10, 2016 to the front road of the head of the Hopung-gu, Gyeong-dong, 57-2, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Gyeong-si, 1580 on the same day, around 10:45 on the day.

4. The defendant is a person who violates the Road Traffic Act (non-accident) and engages in driving service of a motor vehicle.

On June 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 10:45, and led the road in front of the 1580 Simpary Peace Memorial Complex, Gyeong-gu, Gyeongcheon-gu, Gyeongcheon-gu, Gyeongbuk-do, to the front of the 1580 Simpary 50km from the dwarp to the dives of the dwarp.

In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction, brakes, etc. for those engaged in driving service.

Nevertheless, the defendant is negligent to avoid traffic control.
