피고인들은 2015. 5. 중순경 일명 ‘팀장’(이하 ‘팀장’)으로 불리는 성명 불상의 보이스피싱 범죄조직 구성원으로부터 위챗 메신저를 통하여 위 조직에서 일하라는 제안을 받고, 위 팀장이 대출을 빙자하거나 공공기관을 사칭하는 등의 수법으로 피해자를 속여 금원을 송금 받으면 그 금원을 인출 받아오는 소위 ‘인출책’ 및 은행 안에서 그 과정을 감시하는 ‘감시책’ 역할을 하고 그 대가로 15만 원에서 20만 원 상당의 일당을 받기로 순차적으로 공모하였다.
