A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized yellow knife knife (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for an injury to the Daegu District Court, and completed the enforcement of the said sentence on May 10, 2013.

1. On February 14, 2016, around 08:32 on February 14, 2016, the Defendant was able to pay gas charging charges in E- charging stations managed by the victim D in Gangwon-do, and the Defendant was driven by the victim.

FK5 taxi gas was required to be filled.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay gas charging charges.

The Defendant was provided from the injured party with gas 40L equivalent to the market price of 32,000 won in the above taxi.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the property managed by the damaged person.

2. On February 14, 2016, around 08:45, the Defendant: (a) driven the said taxi on the national highway No. 7 near Sejong-si, Sejong-do National Road near Sejong-do, and was called up to 112 on the 3km of the patrol 14km; (b) driven the said taxi on the two-lanes of the said national highway; and (c) driven the knife, which is a dangerous object in the said taxi ( approximately 17 cm in total length, approximately 11 cm in length); and (d) driven the said taxi on the said knife, the Defendant took the knife and knife in the said knife, and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif knif knif.

On the other hand, the Defendant continuously posted the knife knife to the victim I (3) who is a policeman belonging to the same police box that prevents the Defendant from stopping the knife, and put the victim on three hand knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention and suppression of crimes, and thereby, injured the victims.
