A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The injured Defendant was living together with C more than five years prior to September 2017, and was around around September 2017.

On November 30, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered out-of-hered Category C’s entry into Gelel located in F in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) discovered out-of-hered Category C’s entry into a taxi into a taxi located in F in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (c) went ahead of 301, where C entered.

On November 30, 2017, around 03:40, the Defendant left the victim H (55 years) with C at around 301, 2017, and turned the victim H (55 years) with C at the same time to the first floor. The Defendant was placed on the part of the victim’s fat, fating the victim’s bat, and fating the victim’s bat, and was placed on the top of the parked vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered bodily injury, such as cutting a peltos, in need of approximately three weeks of treatment.

2. In the “E” where around December 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30 on December 2, 2017, the Victim C (M, 42 years of age) was under the influence of alcohol; (b) in the state of alcohol, the Defendant taken excessive (10cm in length of the knife) from the inner machine in which the Defendant found the victim under the influence of alcohol.

The victim will die and thrown away from her hand.

“The threat was made”.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. As set forth in paragraph 2, the Defendant: (a) threatened C; (b) purchased excessive knife at convenience stores out of the seed pole; (c) purchased the knife from the victim I (E) on December 20, 2017; and (d) opened the victim I (54 years old); (c) knife the knife (13 cm in length, 7 cm in length); (d) knife the knife (13 cm in length, 77 cm in length in length) knife the knife with the Defendant, knife the knife of the knife, knife the knife, knife the knife, knife, and knife the knife with the knife knife with C, and obstructed the victim’s business operation by force by approximately 20 minutes.
