1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where "B. the defendant has provided each of the land of this case prior to the plaintiffs' acquisition of ownership as a road for the general public traffic," and therefore, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, it shall be quoted as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The decision of the first instance court is just and without merit, and all appeals by the plaintiffs are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
