The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The facts charged in the instant case fall under Article 260(2) of the Criminal Act, which states, “The Defendant, around December 4, 2018, listened to 03:20 from the victim D (the age of 43) as the date the Defendant was released from the Defendant’s house in Echeon-si B Apartment C, the Defendant’s indictment was dismissed in accordance with Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act and Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act, which read, “I am am her superior, I am spherb, I am spherb, I am.”
