Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2015, at around 01:07, the Defendant driven B 1 km a car at around 0.19% of blood alcohol concentration on the road in front of the mutually influent restaurant located in the Busan District captain-gun, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km on the front of the road located in the same Eup/Myeon in front of the trade name-free restaurant located in the Busan District captain-gun.
