When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven a B low-speed motor vehicle with approximately 500 meters in front of the 24th Switzerland apartment in the Busan Gun, where the U.S., located on the surface of the Busan Gun’s Articles of Incorporation, was under the influence of alcohol of 0.187%.
