Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Agriculture for Food, Agriculture and Forestry, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, on April 2017, the Defendant did not obtain permission, and was illegally diverted farmland to the Haak-gun B farmland (former, 1,490 square meters) (280 square meters), an agriculture promotion area, for the purpose of building a stable, on the Haak-gun B farmland (former, 1,490 square meters), and used concrete on the Haak-gun floor (150 square meters).
