Criminal facts

On May 14, 2018, at around 23:35, the Defendant destroyed the rectangular bulletin board (a 1m, vertical 50cm) in the direct rectangular bulletin board (a 1m, 50cm) in which lebanes were located and located in the first floor of the building in Changwon-si, Masiwon-si, Seoul, by arbitrarily removing 50,00 won of the market price managed by the victim C.
