2. 2020. 4. 14.자 범행 피고인은 2020. 4. 14. 14:00경 창원시 마산회원구 양덕동에 있는 팔용터널 앞 신호대에서 ‘H종교단체=B, 축전 3번 난 몰라유 , 배신자 G 탄핵 1등 공신!!!’이라는 내용이 기재된 간판(가로 약 2m, 세로 약 70cm)을 목에 걸거나 바닥에 세워 손으로 지지하는 방법으로 불특정 다수의 사람들이 볼 수 있도록 게시하였다.
