Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a 110-wheeled vehicle C.

On September 21, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 50 on September 21, 2016, and, at the time of light view, the front house D runs the intersection along the side road from the 5-dong-Jleon-ray to the luminous Art gate, and turned the intersection to the 30-10 bank by the width unit.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing the speed prior to entry into the said intersection or temporarily stopping another vehicle through the said intersection, in which no signal, etc. is installed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to enter the said intersection, thereby allowing the victim E(34) to immediately stop in order to avoid a collision with the victim's vehicle, and caused the victim to suffer approximately 2, 3, 4, and 4 mid-to-mid the left side in need of approximately 6 weeks of medical treatment, and the victim suffered a knee's knee's knee's kne, right-hand kne's knee's knee's kne, which was going straight on the right-hand side of the victim's E(34) driving.
