A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual night structure intrusion larceny in the Gangseo branch court of the Chuncheon District Court on November 3, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the two prisons of the Gyeongbuk Branch of the Gyeongbuk Branch on July 11, 2018.

1. On September 23:47, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, i.e., a victim C (hereinafter “D”), which was operated by Gangwon-do Crossing-gun (hereinafter “A”), and had intruded into the office through windows and opened a safe located therein as a Raber, thereby having attempted to steal property. However, the Defendant did not have cash inside the safe, but did not commit an attempted crime.

From that time until October 27, 2018, the Defendant attempted to steal the property owned by the victims by intrusion on the structure that the victims receive at night by the same method five times in total, such as the list of crimes in the annexed Table 1, but did not commit any attempted crimes.

2. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) stolen goods in front of the vehicle in the front of the 00:01 Gangwon-gun, Crossing-gun, which had been parked on the road; and (b) opened the three chieflights of a passenger car on the number plate, which had been parked on the road in order, in the order of order, but the sentence was obstructed and attempted.

3. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on September 12, 2018, the Defendant: (b) went to a “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in the Gangseo-gun F of the Gangseo-gun; (c) opened a safe in charge of accounting by intrusion inside the restaurant through the non-Correctioned windows; and (d) carried 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

From that time until November 19, 2018, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victims by intrusion upon a structure that the victims receive at night by the same method five times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table 2.

1. On October 23:40, 2018, at night, the Defendant was a victim who intrudes into a K cafeteria operated by the Victim J, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and was in his/her possession via a closed window not corrected, and went into a safe.
