Around 13:30 on December 2, 2013, the Defendant was driving a Cho XG car without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 3 km from the spam road located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City drawing to the road in front of about 13:35 on the same day, around 13:35 on the same day.
