On October 31, 201, at around 11:00, the Defendant stolen a truck of 10,000 ET 2.5 tons to F with a view to providing F with a debt security for a truck of 10,000,000 won at the market price owned by the victim (owner) D, located in Gwangju City, for the purpose of securing obligations.
