A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion of buildings, larceny, etc. in the Incheon District Court's Branch Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 7, 2017.

1. Larceny;

A. At around 20:30 on January 13, 2013, the Defendant confirmed that the door of the DDama car set up in front of the victim C’s house in Seopopo City B was not locked, and opened a door and opened a door to drive the said car by getting a stop using a knife posted at the knife.

At around 21:00 on January 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a locking system by inserting a dricker in the gap of the windows of Lyststa car, the owner of the victim K, which was installed at the Seo-dong community service center in Western Hong-dong 397-24, Seopo-dong, Seopo-dong, and cut off the locking system with one string 1.8 million won in total at the market price owned by the victim in the vehicle, which was located in the vehicle.

2. The Defendant is a special thief.
