1. Forging a private document;

A. On February 2015, the Defendant: (a) without authority at the E Apartment Management Office located in J around Jinju-si; (b) without authority for the purpose of exercising; (c) with prior proof of “public mission: the replacement of E apartment water supply pipes and fire hydrant pipes; (d) the replacement of E apartment water supply pipes during the year 2014; and (e) with proof of the actual performance of the construction work as above, during the year 2014;

The trade name verifying the ordering person: E apartment management office, the name of the representative of the E apartment management office, and the name of the managing director: one copy of a certificate of the completed performance of construction works under the H’s name of the E apartment management office, which stated that the E apartment management office and the name of the representative: A copy of a certificate of the completed performance of construction works, which is a private document on proof of fact, was forged by the E apartment management office I who is aware of the fact.

B. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant without authority at the F Apartment Management Office at Jinju-si, for the purpose of exercising, and without authority, provided that “public mission: the replacement of F apartment water supply pipes and fire hydrants pipes; the replacement of F apartment water supply pipes during the year 2014; and the state time by proving that the construction completed completed as above;
