The Defendant is operating a adult product store in the name of “C” on the first floor of Seoul Jung-gu B underground.

In order to protect the health, safety, learning, and educational environment of students, no person shall engage in the business of distributing harmful articles to juveniles in an educational environment protection zone. Nevertheless, around March 2, 2017, at the E kindergarten located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, about approximately 170 meters away from the above adult stores, he/she operated the business of selling sex instruments, etc., which are harmful articles to juveniles.
