A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2017, 2017, the Defendant came to know of the Victim E (F) in a swimming pool D in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and had a view to committing an indecent act by using the victim’s personal care without his/her guardian’s training course.

1. On September 15, 2017, between September 15, 2011 and 16:54, the Defendant was playing with the victim in the above swimming pool, and entered the victim’s swimming pool with a deep water into the victim’s swimming pool for adults, and then “this is good that we need to do so.”

If a swimming pool does not allow it, it will be difficult to do so.

“In the manner of the victim’s speech, the victim’s fingers were put in a hand with the victim’s sleep and milbling the body of the victim, and the victim’s sleeped.

2. On September 18, 2017, from around 15:45 to 16:50 on September 18, 2017, the Defendant stated the victim’s injury as soon as possible, as the victim was aware of the victim’s injury by detention in the above D elevator, and as soon as possible, in the victim.

In other words, the victim made the victim soon before the defendant, and made the victim's panty and panty in accordance with the defendant's mind.

3. On September 20, 2017, from around 15:31 to 16:45, the Defendant left the victim from the foregoing D to the stairs, and left the Defendant’s home and panty to the bucking part, and called the victim’s sexual organ to the Defendant’s sexual organ, but the Defendant did not comply with the victim. In addition, the Defendant’s hand was knicked into the victim’s buck and panty with the Defendant’s mind.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against a minor under the age of 13 on three occasions.
