Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Criminal facts

On August 10, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a deadly weapon, etc.), and on October 11, 201, at the Gwangju District Court, for four months in prison due to fraud, etc., and completed the execution of each of the above punishments on December 29, 2012.

1. On March 16, 2011, the Defendant of the instant case was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million for criminal facts constituting the crime that read, “A victim C, who performs daily funeral services, had the victim avoided disturbance, such as taking a bath, and interfered with the business of selling the victim’s fruits.”

On January 30, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim C (Nam, 57 years of age) who is conducting funeral services in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and (b) reported the victim C (hereinafter “E convenience store”); (c) reported the victim’s name 2:3 times to death; (d) reported the victim’s body 2:3 times to death; and (e) reported the victim’s back to the victim’s body 1.7 years of age.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim for the purpose of retaliation against the provision of investigation proviso in relation to the investigation of his criminal case.

2. Cases of 2013 Highest 273

가. 업무방해 피고인은 2013. 6. 4. 14:30경부터 15:10경까지 사이에 광주 북구 F에 있는, 피해자 G이 운영하는 ‘H마트’에서, 피해자가 술을 주지 않는다는 이유로 화가 나, “너 죽고 싶냐. 내가 누군 줄 아냐. 가게를 싹 부숴 갈아 엎어버리겠다.”라고 소리치면서 소란을 피웠다.

B.
