Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving the C pressle.

On March 14, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on March 16, 2015, while driving it along the intersection of the direction direction in E, which is located in 16:54, was driving along the three-lanes from the right angle to the right intersection.

The Defendant was given the right part of the front part of the Defendant’s driving vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from serious injury, such as an external cerebral cerebrovassis, where the victim could not know the number of days of treatment due to such occupational negligence.
