Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2015, at around 09:35, the Defendant assaulted the Victim E (37 Do, South) and the other F (40 Do, South) in the instant coffee shop located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul, to the victim E (hereinafter “D”) outside the said coffee shop, and then killed and discarded this son (F) at the time of a report.

“The victim was threatened by acting in a knife, which is a dangerous object cited by his hand (the total length: 32 centimeters, the knife length: 20 centimeters), with the appearance of a knife and other F.
