In addition to the use of paragraphs (3) through (9) as follows, the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

D. B was indicted by Busan District Court 2014Kadan5210 due to the crime in the above B B and C, and was sentenced to a conviction of one year and two months by imprisonment in the above court on December 18, 2014. The appeal was dismissed on June 5, 2015, but the second appeal was dismissed on August 17, 2015.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance, which dismissed the plaintiff's claim against the defendant, is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
