Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 18, 2011, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “E, the chairperson of the D Village, was the 100 million won at the time of the land contract, regardless of the fact that the victim E embezzled the membership fee for the entire village,” to F.

B. On October 20, 2011, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false information that “E has paid a site, construction cost, and field management expenses to a H restaurant located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim E has not paid a house loan owned by the wife as a membership fee, despite the fact that the victim E has not paid a house loan owned by the wife.”

2. Around 17:00 on February 28, 2012, Defendant B injured the victim’s honor by openly pointing out false facts to the J that “A, the president of the D Village, who was the president of the D Village, was 1 billion won, paid her membership fee with good money, and used her own housing construction cost,” regardless of the fact that the victim E embezzleds all village membership fees.”
