At around 20:30 on February 12, 2014, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle B in the section B of approximately 2 kilometers from “Saek store restaurant,” located in the Gyeonggi-gu Pyeong-gu Yangyang-dong Yangyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, to “Sari-si stop, Fari-si stop,” located in the same military text, “Fari-si Sari-si Sari-si Stari-si Stari-si.
