A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 13, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 2,00,000 as a fine for the same crime from the branch court of Suwon District Court on September 10, 2012.
1. At around 17:30 on April 23, 2013, the Defendant driven a B low-speed car under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 5 km from the front of the weekend farm located in the Bong-gun, Yangyang-gun, Gyeonggi-do, via the intersection of the three streets front of the gyllogic dial gypology, to the front of the Yonggate post office located in the same gypology, both of which pass through the intersection of the three streets streets in front of the same gypology.

B.
