Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On April 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and a fine of 200,000 won for fraud, etc. at the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Cheongju Prison on January 24, 2017.
【Criminal Facts】 2018 Highest 182】
1. The Defendant: (a) opened the door of a vehicle parked in the late night and attempted larceny to steals another’s property; (b) discovered the victim Ecopik vehicle parked in the front of the Cheongju Island from around 02:50 on Jan. 20, 2018 to around 03:30 on Jan. 20, 2018; (c) removed the locking device of the said vehicle on the front side of the Cheongju Island; (d) removed the locking device of the said vehicle; (e) removed the locking device of the said vehicle; (e) brought the victim’s wall and the body card owned by the said vehicle; and (e) caused the theft; and (e) from December 26, 2017 to January 28, 2018, the Defendant did not enter the victim’s vehicle over 24 occasions, such as the victim’s cash, KRW 10,300, 400, 40, and 30.
Accordingly, the defendant stolens the victims' property and attempted to steals the victims' property, but did not bring about such intent.
2. On January 20, 2018, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) purchased tobacco at H convenience stores operated by the victim G in Cheongju-si, a substantial amount of Cheongju-si, and (b) deceiving the Defendant by suggesting the said credit card to the victim two times as if he/she was his/her own credit card, even though he/she stolen another person’s credit card, as described in paragraph (1).
He received food equivalent to KRW 16,450, and used stolen credit cards as above.
