Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intruded the instant agricultural machinery center parking lot outside the iron door, which was owned by the victim C on May 14, 2017, around 00:13, the Defendant: (b) went into the said agricultural machinery center parking lot; (c) opened the first floor window of the agricultural machinery center at the above agricultural machinery center and found the objects to be stolen; and (d) arrested the employees E of the guard company and arrested him/her as the current offender.

On October 7, 2017, the Defendant discovered that the victim H parked in G parking lot located in the Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Cheongju, 2017 without correcting the door of the Irocketing, and opened the door of the driver’s seat and cut off the vehicle with cash equivalent to 6 Chapters 6, 6, 17, 32, 76,000 Won Won-si, 130 Won-si, 76,00 Won-si.

around 21:53 on December 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a window that has not been corrected since it was operated by Cheongju-si J, the victim K in the first floor; and (b) cut off with cash amounting to KRW 5,000, KRW 20,000, KRW 92,00 in total, KRW 20,000, KRW 20,000 in total, owned by the victim within the safe.

1. On February 27, 2018, from around 02:00 to around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said place of business in front of the project site “N” located in Cheongju-si M; (b) opened a front door of a cargo vehicle and stolen approximately KRW 300,000 of the cash owned by the victim P from the wall located in the said place of business.

2. On May 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said place of business in the same manner as between May 13, 2018 and around 14:35; and (b) had the intention to steal another’s property located on the vehicle, and had the Defendant knife the door of the vehicle parked on the parking lot.
