A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CA-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-C
On August 7, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:55, and proceeded to the village protection by getting out of the apartment room on the front of the window D in Changwon-si.
The location has a duty of care to drive a motor vehicle on a bend road on the left side with a center line of one lane.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and was placed in a state where the central line was invaded by negligence.
E (W, 55 years old) The part of the F New Shebured XD car's driver's seat in front of the driver's seat in the FJ car was received as the part of the Defendant's Aburd XD car's driver's seat in front of the driver's seat and fences.
As a result, the Defendant driven a ambured XD car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and caused the victim to suffer bodily injury, such as the trend of light, the amburat, and the tension for about three weeks.
2. Defendant 1 was under the influence of alcohol level 0.214% during blood transfusion, and Defendant 2 driven a 1km XD car from the apartment site near the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the front road of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
