Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and two months and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with performing public duties;

A. On June 28, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 15:40 on June 28, 2018, at the office of Gyeyang-gu office 104, Seoyang-gu Office 13, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 104-ro, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, the Defendant: (a) demanded public officials of the Gu office to remove street items he operated; (b) provided public officials of the Gu office to take a bath for public officials of C and affiliated public officials D who performed public duties at that place; and (c) took documents, etc. on the table after putting the chair; and (d) assaulted public officials of the Gu office located in the office for about 15 minutes, such as diversing the spaw (e.g., the spawd in the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties of public officials.

B. On June 29, 2018, the Defendant committed a assault against the Gu office public officials in the office for about 15 minutes, including, but not limited to, the foregoing place on June 29, 2018, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant expressed that “In case of the return of goods in the office, the Plaintiff sent documents and documents on the table to the floor,” and assaulted the Gu office public officials in the office for about 15 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties of public officials.

(c)

On July 5, 2018, around 12:40 on July 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) asked the Defendant to collect and destroy goods on the street store at the above place; (b) stated that “it shall be able to do so within the boundary of the office”; (c) expanded the tebble documents at the entrance of the office to the floor; and (d) assaulted the public officials of the Gu office located in the office for about 10 minutes by spreading coffee and water on the floor; and (e) assaulting the public officials of the office for about 10 minutes.

2) At around 15:40 on the same day, the Defendant returned the goods collected in line with the above D, and took the flowerss on the tables, which were kept on the tables while sounding.
