Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B On October 6, 2015, the District Court rendered a two-year grace period in October 14, 2015, which was sentenced to imprisonment for fraud, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 14, 2015.

The Defendants, along with the E, conspired with Defendant B to have the loan divided by taking out loans by deceiving the lending company as collateral, as if Defendant A had paid the lease deposit and had resided in the above apartment as the father F of Defendant B had been holding an apartment.

B notified E of personal information, such as F’s resident registration number, etc., and E and Defendant A made at the H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Namyang-si around January 26, 2014, Defendant A paid a deposit of KRW 140 million to Defendant A, and at the same time, Defendant A voluntarily made an apartment lease contract under the name of lessor F as if the Plaintiff leased 107 Dong 203, Namyang-si, the F-si, and Defendant A made the move-in report of the said apartment.

around April 23, 2014, A applied for a loan of KRW 100 million to the victim Yangyang Life Insurance Co., Ltd. at Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno Life Insurance Office, and submitted a lease contract prepared falsely as above, and had the injured company set up a pledge on the above lease deposit claim.

However, in fact, Defendant B had resided in the above apartment without the lease deposit, and Defendant A did not have the lease deposit to be returned from the owner F.

Defendants and E received KRW 100,000 from the victimized Company on or around May 2, 2014, from the corporate bank account in the name of Defendant A as a deposit for a loan on a deposit basis.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with E and obtained 100 million won from the victimized company.
