1. The plaintiff's primary and conjunctive claims against the defendant are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 15, 1997, the Plaintiff’s acquisition of the Plaintiff’s ownership of land D (1) E and F completed the registration of ownership transfer as to each of 1/2 shares of G forest land 5,851 square meters (hereinafter “H”) among G forest land in Gyeyang-gun, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “K”), and 5,851 square meters of G forest land (hereinafter “G land before division”).

(2) Each 1/2 of E and F’s shares in G land before division (=2,925.5/5) from September 16, 1998 to July 25, 201, following the process of share fluctuation as listed in the following table, the Plaintiff 2,677/57 shares (i.e., 1,950/505, 727/851/5, 5,851) as of January 10, 2012; and I 2,198.5 shares (i.e., 1464.5,851/5, 734/51), and J 5,851 shares, as of January 10, 2012:

On July 15, 1997, the grounds for the registration of the share transfer on September 16, 1998 are the sale on September 5, 1998.

Before December 9, 2003, May 21, 2007, the share transfer on July 15, 201, 201, 2,925.5 Plaintiff 5,851/1, 1,950 E, 5,851/50 E, 5,851/50, 9755/50 K5,851/975.5 L 5,851/5, 975.5 J. 5,851/95, 975.5/851 of the share on July 15, 1997, the grounds for the registration of the share transfer on September 16, 1998.

F 5,851/2,464.5 M 5,851/1, M 5,851/1,464.5/1,461/5, Plaintiff 5,851/72, 727 I/5,851/75, the Plaintiff, I, and J made a co-owned property partition consultation on January 10, 2012. Accordingly, G land before subdivision was divided into G land with 975m2, 199m2, and 67m2,67m2,67m2 on January 11, 2012.

(4) On January 18, 2012, J became a single owner of G 975 square meters of forest land, I’s 2,199 square meters of forest land, and the Plaintiff became a separate owner of D 2,677 square meters of forest land, respectively.
