1. Basic facts

A. On March 17, 1918, E forest land E 30,545 square meters (hereinafter “E land before subdivision”) was assessmented in F on March 17, 1918.

B. On July 6, 1960, the defendant completed registration of preservation of ownership on the land E before subdivision.

C. Meanwhile, the north part of the E land before subdivision is located 19,835 square meters of G forest in Yeongdeungpo-gu prior to subdivision (hereinafter “G land before subdivision”).

On March 17, 1918, G land before subdivision was under circumstances in the country (state) on March 17, 1918, and on September 5, 1970, the Plaintiff completed registration of preservation of ownership.

D. From the land before subdivision, H-I forest land in Yongcheon-si is divided, as follows, and the remaining 1,815 square meters of land remaining after subdivision became registration conversion to Yongcheon-si J on September 18, 2015.

E. In the G land prior to subdivision, K or L forest land in Yongcheon-si was divided, and 7,682 square meters remain.
