1. Performance of official duties;

A. On April 4, 2011, at around 14:00, the Defendant threatened E, a leader of the living support team of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul community service center, that he/she was under the influence of alcohol and without any justifiable reason, that he/she was hospitalized in the hospital due to alcohol addiction, and died at the hospital. As such, the Defendant expressed that “I will promptly support medical expenses, bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bit bits, bit sons, and amblings.” On the same day, at around 18:00 on the same day, he/she called “I will am Sick, I will come to the office of the head of the living support team of the above community service center,” and then called “I am to the above Eth son, who was the head of the living support team of the above community service center.”

나. 피고인은 2012. 7. 10. 13:30경 서울 동대문구 C 주민센터에 술에 취한 채 찾아가 피고인이 위장전입을 하여 생활보호자금을 받아왔던 것이 발각되어 지급정지된 것에 불만을 품고 그곳에서 근무중이던 복지지원팀 공무원 D 앞에서 상의를 열어 피고인의 가슴에 있는 호랑이 문신과 팔의 잉어 문신을 보여주면서 “다른 인간들은 조용히 잘 살게 해주면서 나는 왜 이렇게 들들 볶냐, 씨팔, 두들겨 패면 잡아가겠네, 씨발 신경쓰지 마라, 누굴 거렁뱅이로 보냐, 상담하러 왔으니까 저리가라, 씨발 새끼야 나와봐, 너 사람 잘못 건드렸어”라고 협박을 하였다.
