A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around August 12, 2019, the Defendant committed suicide. Around that time, the Defendant reported the content of suicide by the victim B (the age of 29) on the Internet Twitter with the content related to suicide, and had the victim contact with the victim to commit suicide.

The Defendant, from around 18:40 on August 12, 2019 to around 12, 2019, under contact with the victim and smartphone display dra, at the Defendant’s house located in the north-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Defendant: (a) set up a detailed plan for accompanying suicide; (b) around 14:00 on August 13, 2019, the Defendant: (c) purchased the Dice dice dice drawet which the victim had before the Defendant’s house; and (d) purchased the said dice dice dice d's car from the French-gun; and (d) around 12:00 on August 19, 2019, the Defendant took part of the dice d's suicide with the Defendant prepared to stop the windows of the above car from the 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, and then the Defendant purchased the above car with the Defendant’s 1 seat.

As above, the Defendant attempted suicide and caused the victim to die due to the addiction of the U.S.carbon around August 19, 2019, and the Defendant did not participate in the postponement of the boom and went out of the said car, and the Defendant was found to have been dispatched to the police officer after receiving the 112 report, and did not result in the death.

Accordingly, the Defendant aided and abetted the suicide of the victim by facilitating suicide as above.
