A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Assaulting victims C;

A. On September 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around the new wall, at “Esing room” operated by the victim C (at the age of 51) located in Cheongju-si (hereinafter “Esing room”; (b) the Defendant, upon the request of the victim, told the victim that “I will not have to have a horse known; (c) I will not have a singular sing the horse; and (d) I would like to have a singular singing; and (d) I would like to have a singular single; and (e) I reported the singular single of the singular single; and (e) I reported the single of the victim’s business status.”

As such, the Defendant got the victim to attack, and caused the victim to have frighten a claim equivalent to 220,000 won of the drinking value, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

B. On October 1, 2013, the Defendant stated that the “Esing room” operated by the said victim C around the new wall, and that “this singch wres is responsible for identifying the main person, and if the Defendant asks the victim to pay the drinking value, the Defendant was crypted as if he reported the actual status of the victim’s business.”

As such, the Defendant got the victim to attack, and caused the victim to have frighten a claim equivalent to 130,000 won of the drinking value, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. On June 7, 2013, the Defendant filed a false report with the purport that sexual traffic is conducted at “H user” in the “h user” in the management of the Victim F (F) located under the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, the Defendant was indicted on September 26, 2013. On October 7, 2013, Cheongju District Court issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for anless accusation of a fine at the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, with the intent of committing sexual traffic. As the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,500,000,000,000,000 won for the crime of assaulting the victim.
