A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2019, at least 05:20, the Defendant: (a) committed three-time violence against E’s chests on the ground that E was urged to pay the drinking value on the ground that E, a policeman belonging to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station D District Unit of the Daegu Police Station, who was called upon receipt of a fraudulent report, was urged to pay the drinking value on the top of the first floor of the building underground in the Daegu Northern-gu B building.
