Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.091% from blood transfusion around 00:02, the Defendant driven Ci30 automobiles at a section of about 2 km from the front of the steel mountain station located in the iron farm at the time of luminous, to the front of the elementary school located in the downstream of the same city at the same time.
