Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From May 3, 2016, around 09:00 on May 3, 2016, the Defendant 1: (a) amblopon medication 1; (b) amblopon furine 609 near E located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (one name “G”); (c) amblopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopher, the half of the ambreed flopon flopon flopon flopon flopon flopher flop

2) On May 7, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant inhaled the remainder of the philophones, among the philophones 609 cut from G, into a gambling place, and injected them by promptly using plastics.

Accordingly, even though the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant administered philophones, a local mental medicine, twice.

B. At around 23:00 on May 9, 2016, the Defendant scopon receipt and medication: (a) received 0.1g of oponon in front of the exit door of the 17th century in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from a person who was unable to scopon (i.e., one’s name “J”); (b) received 0.1g of opon in front of the exit door (i.e., one’s name “J”), without compensation, sealed both sides; and (c) inhaled by using 0.1g of opon, received within 23:30 on the same day, as above, in the Kel 608 in the vicinity of I; and (d) inhaled by using a plastic promptly the smoke emitted from the burning of the opon.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he received and administered philophones, which are a local mental medicine.

(c)

On May 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received 2.50,000 won from a person who used Nphones on the street in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, upon receipt of a request from a person who used Nphones; and (b) moved to a Px around the Px in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (c) took approximately 0.6g of opphones in the transparent bomer in the name of the person who sold the opphones; (b) paid 2.50,000 won in cash in return; and (c) paid 14:00 on the same day.
