Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2013, at around 02:35, the Defendant: (a) faced with domestic violence reports at his own house in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju-gu, and prevented the Defendant from leaving the Defendant’s wife from being exposed to the victim D (the age of 44 and South), a police officer belonging to the C District, who was dispatched to the site; and (b) dumped the victim’s face once in the process of being pushed down with and continuing to be pushed down by his head.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with reporting and withdrawal of a police officer, and suppression of crimes.
